Transpile a CWL Workflow to DataCite

$ transpiler-mate datacite --help
Usage: transpiler-mate datacite [OPTIONS] SOURCE

  Transpiles the input CWL to DataCite Metadata.

Options:
  --output PATH  The output file path  [default: datacite.json]
  --help         Show this message and exit.
